To mention means to write friend's name with link to his/her profile in your commentBelow are easy steps on how to mention using a mobile device.
First you need to get his/her profile id number, which will be in this form
To get the id of the person you want to mention, go to his/her timeline/profile. Click on the profile picture, then check the address bar to copy his/her id
NOTE: Not fbid but id
